The algorithm has become an ungodly sea, filled with influencers, creators, brands, and businesses... All fighting for their small piece of the attention economy. It's now important as ever to look cool on the internet.
If only there was some kind of visionary genius that knew motion design, graphic design, and video editing who could make a brilliant spectacle of your brand online...
... But wait! Maybe I could give it a try... I prefer to work with
Premium production value for YouTubers and livestreamers. I've worked most extensively with NEOPUNKFM, a defunct 200k sub Youtube channel that explored the alternative online music scene.
These are the first few seconds of a YouTube video called "Which Artist Has The Most Aura?". The goal here is to explain the concept of the video quickly in an entertaining way. The animations help the viewer to easily understand and visualize ideas rapidly, while sound effects do a lot of the heavy lifting to add punch and keep the viewer engaged.
A bumper segment which reinforces branding and creates separation between 2 halves of a video.
A flashy intro sequence immediately piques the interest of the viewer using chaotic visuals and distorted music. All this is in service of capturing the feeling of live music, which is an integral part to the channel. Sets the tone and introduces the brand in one fell swoop.
Bits and bobs created as visualizations for DJ sets. Animations are kept relatively rudimentary and pixelated to fit the nostalgic 2000's gamer aesthetic.
A bloody graphic inspired by a vampire character in the game Deadlock. Set up so Vegas can activate this graphic on stream seamlessly.
[BONUS] Animated graphic that draws attention to your feeding teammates portraits
I typically create graphics for the web, but I'm comfortable with print design too.
Twin banners for two different YouTube channels, NEOPUNKFM and NEOPUNKAM. They are sister channels, but tonally opposite. Therefore, they were designed with a yin and yang connection between them. The profile pictures were modified to match the banners.
Opossumancy is a small jewelry business that frequently attends pop-up markets, so we set out to create a business card that stands out from all the others. On the backside, we incorporated some homemade lore, which makes the card appear as if it was a page ripped from an old magical tome. The frontside functions as a standard business card which directs people to the store page and social media accounts.
Here are a few of numerous shop thumbnails which are used on Opossumancy's Shopify page. I help with post-processing, which includes composition, color-correction, adding highlights, removing reflections, etc. The goal here is to make the products look professional and easily identifiable to shoppers as they browse.
@PrimacyK9 is a high-level dog trainer. The concept of this poster is to humbly brag about the dogs' achievements and upcoming events on social media. Good girl, Rhea!
This is a small collection of YouTube thumbnails from a few different channels. Each was designed to stop the scroll by using only a few large and recognizable elements. Titles pose a question in the viewer's mind to spark curiosity and drive engagement.
Over the Counter is a small radio show that deals addictive music like drugs. Therefore, this simple logo graphic was designed as a sketch of a pill bottle on the back of a crumpled prescription paper.
Think of these as quick demos for brevity, to give you an idea of my style and ability. I am familiar with taking on long projects as well.
A demonstration of skill and elegance graces the Deadlock community.
A fun experiment meant to emulate anime opening credit sequences, repackaged in a vertical format fit for social media. Fast-paced and bombastic, just like the Redline anime itself.
This is Joe.
A flashy display of momentum for a small car enthusiast social media page.
An introduction to an eccentric and mysterious clown personality. Underneath a bubbly affectation lurks something truly sinister...
Dedicated to the outrageously long borzoi named Wizard, aka Drain Gang CEO.
